Corneal thickness is an important structural parameters of eye．Since 1980,with the increasing popularity of refractive surgery,corneal thickness measurement has received wide attention.Ｍany new measurement methods and instruments began their research and clinical applications. Corneal thickness measurements become more precise,comfortable and safe.In this review，the different techniques and methods of measurement and their advances are briefly presented．
